• People join online
• We use Zoom and will send you all the information to sign up
• We see each other on the computer, if desired
• I give an introductory lecture on the point location and system details and science
• I spend plenty of time giving detailed explanation of how to do a treatment
• As a group, we treat each other and experience giving and receiving a treatment
