Wayback Water Titration
To assist your body in acclimating to the hydrating property of WayBack® Water
Add 1 Tablespoon (1/2 oz) of WayBack Water to one gallon (use glass jar) of your best purified spring or filtered water.
**Wait 5 minutes before consuming**
From the gallon of mixed water, follow the schedule below:
- Weeks 1 and 2: 2 oz.twice daily = 4 oz (OPTIONAL)
- Weeks 3 and 4: 4 oz. twice daily = 8 oz. (Most people start this way)
- Weeks 5 and 6: 6 oz. twice daily = 12 oz.
- Weeks: 7 and 8: 8 oz. twice daily = 16 oz.
- After week 8: 12 oz. twice daily = 24 oz.
We recommend 24 to 32 + oz. for daily maintenance following the ramp-up.
Once you are fully ramped up to the 24 ounces daily, one should drink 12 ounces of the water at room temperature first thing in the morning and the other 12 ounces throughout the day on an empty stomach. It is fine to boil (to make hot tea or coffee-organic is best) or freeze your water (ice cubes) for your specialty beverages. These would be in addition to your daily water maintenance of 24 to 32 ounces. Once you add something else to water it is no longer water- it is an extra beverage.
Do Not Store Near or Heat in a Microwave!
An empty stomach is the best way to provide your cells with optimal hydration. Any food in your stomach will absorb water providing less to the body’s tissues.
Aloe Vera Benefits (Including Cancer)
BENEFITS OF RAW ALOE
Herbal Answers has discovered a new way of processing Aloe Vera and Herbal Extracts that protect the life force in the plants and deliver them in the most effective and purest form ever thought possible.
Aloe Vera is a miraculous plant. Dr. Robert Davis’ 30 years of research on the fresh plant explains that it is the whole plant, the whole aloe molecule with all its 250+ nutrients that accounts for all its properties. He affirms that you cannot isolate any one element nor heat it or dry it and have it still work in the body the way the fresh plant does.
The scientific research on aloe and the immune system is profound but in order to work outside the lab and in the body the aloe has to be fresh, whole and intact. This means it cannot be heated at all, not cold processed (which is still ‘warmed’). The only company that has found a way to purify aloe vera without using ANY heat is Herbal Answers; AloeForce products. This raw aloe is the only one that will demonstrate the full potential of the healing properties of aloe vera including profound immune support.
The reason we have not heard much about aloe vera beyond digestion is that processed aloes are processed to ‘death’ and actually do not go beyond digestive soothing. We now are fortunate to have access to the entire healing aloe vera plant in a bottle to where we are now finding the miraculous healing stories of aloe vera beyond those stories that before now were only in regard to the plant itself.
This raw aloe fully demonstrated all that the scientific research has only promised.

Testimonials:
“I had been living with breast cancer for 15 years. I had been through countless rounds of chemo. I constantly searched the internet and found astounding research claims about aloe vera. I had tried at least a dozen different products all claiming to be the best. I had given up on aloe. But in my last desperate search I came across a new product, Herbal Aloe Force that sounded honest. I had nothing else to lose. I was at my wits (and hair’s) end. I was shocked. I took the aloe during my chemo and for the first time had NO bas side effects. My doctors were amazed. My hair grew back. My digestion was great, I had energy I hadn’t felt in 20 years. My breast cancer i=never returned and I am a faithful Herbal Aloe Force drinker (as are most of m y friends and family). It is truly a gift from God”. Connie Barna, Florida
” I was devastated when my doctor found a new lump in my breast and my lymph nodes. I did not want to go through chemo and a lumpectomy again. A friend told me about Herbal Aloe Force. I called and joined a research program for 3 months where I drank 16 oz of the juice every day and rubbed the gel into my breasts and lymph nodes. I am lump and cancer free! That was 4 years ago (editors note: now 8 yrs ago) and I would not be without either product. I have found so many other uses for the gel as well. I used to be allergic to fire ant bites and one day I stepped in a nest. I ran and got the gel, put it on me and was getting ready to go to the hospital (normally from one bite I would swell up dangerously) and even I could not believe my own eyes. I had NO reaction at all. I immediately called Dr. Jeri to tell her of my surprise. She did not sound surprised. She said that not only did the gel help directly, but that by drinking the juice for a year my whole immune system is different! I feel this product has changed my health and my life.” Nancy F. Florida.
” I discovered Herbal Aloe Force from my cousin who was drinking it for her pancreatic cancer. I am an older woman and I never did anything my doctor didn’t tell me to do. But when I learned I had breast cancer again, my husband insisted that I drink this juice. I drank 8oz per day and I went though chemo successfully and hardly noticed it. I didn’t lose my hair or my energy like I did the last time.” Doris N. NY
“I bought this juice for my mother and made her drink it during her chemotherapy and radiation treatments for her breast cancer. She had been having a rough time until she started on the juice. She had regained all her energy and actually felt better than she had before the chemo. Her doctor said: Just keep doing what you are doing. If all my patients were like you, I would have a life. Thank you, Herbal Answers, my whole family still drinks the juice faithfully every day since that scary time 4 years ago. L.M. NYC

Red Clover and Phytoestrogens (Essiac Tea Ingredient)
1. For Menopausal Women
For menopausal women, the goal is to have the phytoestrogens impact the receptors (Estrogen Receptor ERα and ERβ), with its very weak activation (weak agonist) power of phytoestrogens.
-
The receptor gets a signal and talks with the DNA to do stuff.
-
More receptors that are hit = more actions are taken.
The phytoestrogens will subtly help people possibly mitigate menopausal symptoms like hot flashes with this soft nudge of phytoestrogens.
2. For Breast Cancer
For breast cancer, this same action is also beneficial. It is all about activation force.
-
Red clover and phytoestrogens are a weak activation force.
-
Estradiol estrogen is a strong activation force.
Since phytoestrogens and estradiol are both competing for the same finite amount of receptors, if we load up the receptors with the weaker phytoestrogen signaling, there will be fewer receptors available for the stronger ones.
-
More weak ones = less activation
-
Fewer strong ones = less activation and DNA signaling to possibly feed cancer
Overall, a net weaker estrogen impact on the breast cancer situation occurs, which is exactly what we want.
It seems both sides are right and both sides have a good benefit. A win-win for both sides. Red clover is good for breast cancer from this technical perspective, proven by science.
Genistein, Red Clover, Ligands, and Estrogen Receptor Signaling: A Clear Explanation
Red Clover and Its Phytoestrogen Ligands
Red clover (Trifolium pratense) is a plant commonly used in herbal medicine, particularly for menopausal symptoms. It contains a class of compounds known as isoflavones, which are a type of phytoestrogen.
The primary isoflavones in red clover include:
-
Formononetin
-
Biochanin A
-
Genistein
-
Daidzein
Formononetin and biochanin A are metabolized into daidzein and genistein, respectively. Genistein, in particular, has been extensively studied.
These compounds do not become estrogen, nor do they increase estrogen production. Rather, they act as ligands — molecules that bind to receptors. Understanding what a ligand is clarifies much of the confusion surrounding phytoestrogens and cancer risk.
What Is a Ligand?
A ligand is any molecule that binds to a receptor. The term describes a molecular interaction, not an effect.
A ligand can:
-
Activate
-
Partially activate
-
Block
-
Modulate
a receptor depending on its intrinsic properties.
Hormones are often ligands. Estradiol, for example, is both:
-
A hormone (because it circulates in the bloodstream to signal distant tissues), and
-
A ligand (because it binds to estrogen receptors).
Phytoestrogens are also ligands. They bind the same receptors but differ in signaling strength. Thus, hormones can be ligands, and plant compounds can be ligands — the classification depends on function, not origin.
Estradiol: The Natural Full Agonist
Estradiol is the body’s primary endogenous estrogen and the most potent natural ligand for estrogen receptors (ER-α and ER-β). It is considered a full agonist, meaning that when it binds the receptor, it produces maximal receptor activation.
When estradiol binds:
-
The receptor changes conformation
-
Receptors dimerize
-
The complex binds DNA at estrogen response elements
-
Transcription machinery is recruited
-
Estrogen-responsive genes are activated strongly
These genes regulate processes such as:
-
Cell proliferation
-
Tissue maintenance
-
Bone metabolism
-
Thermoregulation
-
Lipid regulation
Estradiol generates a strong transcriptional signal.
Genistein: A Weak Partial Agonist Ligand
Genistein, found in soy and derived from red clover metabolism, is a weak partial agonist ligand of estrogen receptors.
It binds to the same receptor binding pocket as estradiol but induces a slightly different receptor shape. This altered conformation recruits transcription machinery less efficiently and produces weaker gene activation.
Genistein:
-
Does not increase estradiol production
-
Does not raise circulating estrogen levels
-
Changes receptor signaling intensity
Because it binds the receptor directly, genistein becomes the signaling molecule at that receptor at that moment.
Receptor Competition and Signaling Intensity
Genistein competes with estradiol for receptor binding. When genistein occupies a receptor, estradiol cannot bind to that receptor simultaneously.
It is incorrect to say genistein lowers estrogen availability. A more precise description is that genistein may lower net estrogen receptor activation intensity.
-
Circulating estradiol levels remain unchanged
-
Receptor occupancy shifts
-
Total signaling strength may change
Low Estrogen States: Postmenopausal Context
In menopause, estradiol levels are very low. Estrogen receptor activation is minimal.
When genistein binds in this context, it can modestly increase receptor signaling relative to baseline. This explains why phytoestrogens may alleviate hot flashes or provide mild bone support.
-
The molecule is not increasing estrogen levels
-
It is increasing receptor signaling from a very low baseline
High Estrogen States: Competitive Modulation
In premenopausal or high-estrogen environments, estradiol is abundant and strongly activates receptors.
If genistein replaces estradiol at some receptors, signaling intensity may decrease because genistein produces weaker activation.
Thus, genistein may dampen total estrogen receptor activation intensity under these conditions.
This competitive partial agonism explains why the same molecule can appear “estrogenic” in one context and “anti-estrogenic” in another.
ER-α and ER-β: Receptor Subtype Differences
Estrogen receptors exist in two main subtypes:
ER-α
-
More strongly associated with proliferative signaling in breast tissue
-
Often drives ER-positive breast cancer growth
ER-β
-
Often associated with differentiation and growth-modulating effects
-
May counterbalance ER-α signaling in certain contexts
Genistein has relatively higher affinity for ER-β compared to ER-α and produces weaker activation overall.
Tumor biology is variable, and outcomes depend on:
-
ER-α to ER-β ratio
-
Co-activator protein expression
-
Hormonal background
-
Dose
Soy vs Red Clover: Mechanism vs Evidence
Soy and red clover share similar receptor-level mechanisms because both contain isoflavone ligands. However, clinical evidence differs.
Soy:
-
Large epidemiological datasets
-
Lifelong dietary exposure in some populations
-
Associations with lower breast cancer incidence and recurrence
Red Clover:
-
Primarily supplement-based use
-
Limited long-term cancer outcome data
-
No strong human prevention trials
Shared mechanism does not automatically translate into identical clinical outcomes.
Final Summary
-
Genistein is a phytoestrogen and a ligand of estrogen receptors.
-
Hormones such as estradiol are also ligands.
-
Ligands determine receptor behavior.
Genistein:
-
Is a weak partial agonist ligand
-
Competes with estradiol for receptor binding
-
Does not reduce estradiol production or blood levels
-
May lower net estrogen receptor activation intensity when replacing estradiol
-
May modestly increase signaling in low-estrogen states
-
May dampen signaling in high-estrogen states
The molecule remains constant.
The hormonal environment determines the biological outcome.
Understanding receptor-level signaling — rather than hormone levels alone — resolves most confusion surrounding phytoestrogens, red clover, soy, and breast cancer biology.
