PARKINSON’S DEFINED: Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a condition where a certain part of the brain, the substantia nigra, is affected or damaged, sometimes causing balance, movement, peristalsis and physical structural impairment.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) afflicts about one to one and one-half million people in the United States. Oftentimes the damage is caused by toxicity, poisons, pesticides or heavy metals such as lead. Through an alkalizing and detoxing diet, herbs, nutrition, bodywork and other modalities the condition can be stopped and conditions can even be improved and reversed. Here is a general summary:

These proteins are a side effect of insufficient fiber in the diet. Another early telltale sign of Parkinson’s is constipation, thereby confirming the lack of fiber or poor microbiome health.
