First, consult with your doctor especially since it may involve these areas but probably nothing serious for sure

  • Structural or spinal curvatures reducing breathing mechanics
  • Mineral deficiencies like calcium, magnesium, potassium
  • Vitamin deficiencies like B12 or D3
  • Low hydration
  • Low exercise
  • Breathing through the mouth instead of the nose
  • A heart anomaly

For these things, here are some ideas

  • Yoga for structure
  • Nutrient-dense foods like wheatgrass, sea vegetables, sprouts, super greens, lots of fruits and vegetables and leafy vegetables
  • Filter out any unhealthy elements in water like fluoride
  • Daily exercise is the key, getting outside is important
  • Focus on nasal breathing and possibly implement resistance breathing techniques
  • Avoid processed sugars and caffeine foods, processed fats
  • Add in lots of fiber into the diet in general
